Founder and CEO
Ashok Shetty is the Founder and CEO of DataGlance, Inc. Prior to starting DataGlance in 2001 Ashok had over 15 years’ experience working with Enterprise Applications, Relational Databases and other data related products. Ashok worked as a database and performance tuning expert at Indus International, Inc. He also was the Director of Engineering at Ebates, and he was Vice President of Operation at Idrive.com.
Ashok was the primary visionary and architect of the DataGlance Framework suite of software which is a Metadata Driven based Architecture that provides a comprehensive modular Enterprise Data Management platform. Ashok and his team of highly skilled developers next created the first mobile work management application (electronic Work Package – eWP) capable of meeting the complex requirements of the nuclear industries work management process. This eWP mobile application is highly integrated into the customer’s existing EAM system and provides an extremely affordable and effective means to improve work process productivity and work quality.
Ashok received a Masters’ degree in Computer Science from University of Mumbai.
Vice President of Business Development
Jeff Hebert joined DataGlance as Vice President of Business Development in 2011. In this role Jeff is responsible for strategic business development, account and partner management, global sales and professional services.
Jeff has 12 years of enterprise software experience with Indus/Ventyx (now part of ABB). During this period he held positions in professional services, managed the development and growth of the customer hosting business line, ran global sales operations and was the VP/General Manager responsible for the Asset Suite and eSOMs product lines.
Jeff also has 20 years of experience in the utility industry. During his utility career Jeff had roles as an engineer in the maintenance and startup of nuclear power plants, generation and supply planning, transmission and distribution and finally retail wheeling.
Jeff received a Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Boston University. Jeff enjoys sailing and snow skiing.
VP Strategy and Solutions
Lee Rogers joined DataGlance as Vice President Strategy and Solutions in 2013. In this role, Lee is responsible for mobile solution business applications and associated strategy. Prior to joining DataGlance Lee spent 8 years with the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) as a Senior Project Manager in the Nuclear Maintenance Applications Center. While at EPRI he initiated the Electronic Work Package (eWP) project in the summer of 2012 as a means to improve the productivity and quality of the work management process. Lee joined DataGlance to bring this technology to market from an end user perspective.
Lee has 28 years’ commercial nuclear power experience from Florida Power and Lights St. Lucie Plant and the Progress/Duke Brunswick Plant. During this time period , he held several positions including; Startup Engineer, Shift Technical Advisor, Senior Reactor Operator, Maintenance Field Engineer, Maintenance Director, and Engineering Director.
Lee received a Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering (BSNE) from the University of Florida and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida Institute of Technology. Lee enjoys boating and flying.
Senior Director of Professional Services
Lori Hancock joined DataGlance as Senior Director of Professional Services in 2014. In this role Lori is responsible for Customer relationships and successful implementations of DataGlance’s suite of products.
Prior to joining DataGlance Lori had 14 years of enterprise software experience working at DevonWay, Oracle and Indus (now part of ABB). She held positions including Account Executive for Continuous Improvement Solutions, Consulting Sales Director for Enterprise Resource Planning, and Director of Projects for Enterprise Asset Management with responsibilities principally focused with utility customers.
Lori also has 15 years of experience in Engineering and Configuration Management at Stone and Webster (now Westinghouse). As Project Manager, she worked on several nuclear related projects supporting design engineering, establishing programs for defining and managing plant configuration, and driving technology solutions with various utilities.
Lori received a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from University of Maine at Orono, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Phoenix. Lori enjoys golfing and bicycling.
