President & CEO
Ashok Shetty is the Founder and CEO of DataGlance, Inc. Prior to starting DataGlance in 2001 Ashok had over 15 years’ experience working with Enterprise Applications, Relational Databases and other data related products. Ashok worked as a database and performance tuning expert at Indus International, Inc. He also was the Director of Engineering at Ebates, and he was Vice President of Operation at Idrive.com.
Ashok was the primary visionary and architect of the DataGlance Framework suite of software which is a Metadata Driven based Architecture that provides a comprehensive modular Enterprise Data Management platform. Ashok and his team of highly skilled developers next created the first mobile work management application (electronic Work Package – eWP) capable of meeting the complex requirements of the nuclear industries work management process. This eWP mobile application is highly integrated into the customer’s existing EAM system and provides an extremely affordable and effective means to improve work process productivity and work quality.
Ashok received a Masters’ degree in Computer Science from University of Mumbai.
Executive Vice President, Operations
Lori Hancock serves as Executive Vice President, Operations; overseeing customer relationships and successful implementation of DataGlance’s suite of products.
Prior to joining DataGlance Lori had 14 years of enterprise software experience working at DevonWay, Oracle and Indus (now part of Hitachi). She held positions including Account Executive for Continuous Improvement Solutions, Consulting Sales Director for Enterprise Resource Planning, and Director of Projects for Enterprise Asset Management with responsibilities principally focused with utility customers.
Lori also has 15 years of experience in Engineering and Configuration Management at Stone and Webster (now Westinghouse). As Project Manager, she worked on several nuclear related projects supporting design engineering, establishing programs for defining and managing plant configuration, and driving technology solutions with various utilities.
Lori received a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from University of Maine at Orono, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Phoenix.
Executive Vice President, Business Development
Nathan Ives serves as Executive Vice President, Business Development, responsible for establishing and maintaining trusted relationships with C-level executives, strategic partners, and business practitioners; collaborating on strategies for solving immediate and future business needs through implementation of DataGlance’s Digital Transformation solutions. Additionally, he oversees DataGlance’s strategic and operational programs as well as solution portfolio roadmaps and partnerships.
Nathan is a highly successful executive with over 30 years of Power, Oil & Gas, Water, and Mining Industry and consulting experience; having held leadership roles at Black & Veatch, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, and the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations. He served as a trusted advisor to executives and senior managers at dozens of Fortune 500, government, and large regional utilities; helping them define organizational needs and develop and manage the complex, mission critical projects needed to improve operational effectiveness and lower costs.
He has 8 years of experience operating commercial and military nuclear power plants as a US Nuclear Regulatory Commission licensed Senior Reactor Operator and US Navy qualified Chief Nuclear Engineer Officer. Nathan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Kennesaw State University.
Director, Programs
Russell Austin has joined DataGlance as the Business Programs Director, responsible for defining business requirements for new products (eAnalyze and eReport). He will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ongoing and future implementations of DataGlance solutions.
Russell brings a wealth of industry experience to the DataGlance team; serving the last ten years as the Nuclear Manager of Business Applications for a leading utility. He led their conversion to a new EAM program, reporting system, and analytical software before becoming the Corporate Oversight for all business applications; marrying business processes and technology for all functional areas.
He has supported the Nuclear Industry through Peer Assist Visits with INPO, membership in IBM’s Development Partner program, and accommodating requested individual assessments of multiple utility’s programs and implementations.
Prior to managing business applications, Russell served in many utility roles including Planning Manager, Radiological Shift Supervisor, Refueling Outage Coordinator, and Instrument Shop Supervisor. He also served for 20 years in the US Navy as a Senior Reactor Operator pre-commissioning two aircraft carriers and decommissioning a Nuclear Cruiser.
Russell holds an Associates Degree in Nuclear Power Technology from Thomas Edison University and a Bachelor of Science in Leadership from Belhaven University. He is a Certified Reliability Leader by the Association of Asset Manager Professionals.
Director, Product Engineering
With 17 years at DataGlance and over two decades of experience in Java technologies, Kathir Kaman Rengasami brings deep technical expertise and proven leadership to his role as Director of Product Engineering. He has led large-scale electronic work package implementations, major data migration initiatives, and enterprise-level software development programs across the energy industry.
Kathir has played a key role in the design, development, and deployment of Computer Based Procedures (CBP), helping shape innovative workflow solutions that enhance organizational performance and support long-term digital transformation. His breadth of experience, commitment to quality, and passion for innovation continue to drive DataGlance’s product engineering strategy and technology roadmap.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University.
